ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Hotel Administration I, Hotel Administration II & International Preparatory Program
Admission Requirements:
1. Normally 18 years old and above. Students can be under that age provided they are 18 years old by the time they start their internship.
2. A completed application form with all pertinent attachments and a non-refundable application fee of 600 CNY.
3. A copy of High School Diploma or equivalent, including school transcripts.
4. A reference letter of a professional or academic nature is recommended.
5. Motivational letter as part of the application form (brief essay stating your motivation for studying at Les Roches Jin Jiang).
6. If English is not your mother tongue or if you have not studied in an English speaking school for at least 3 years, please enclose one of the following:
    6.1. IELTS Academic English level of 4.0 or above.
    6.2. TOEFL minimum score of 500 points for the paper-based test.
    6.3.Les Roches Jin Jiang online Pre-Admission test results.
    6.4. If you do not meet the above English language requirements, you can register for our Hospitality Preparatory Program (based on the Cambridge University Touchstone English Program) to improve your English to the required entry level.
Please note: All English certificates must have been issued in the last 2 years prior to admission.

At the end of the program students must have an IELTS Academic English level of 5.5 or above to transfer for further educational programs at our sister campuses in Switzerland, Spain or USA and an IELTS Academic English level of 6.0 or above to transfer to our partner institutions in Australia.

Transfer Students
Les Roches Jin Jiang takes over the Admission Requirements from the School that you have completed your First Semester in.

2. Must hold a Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in any non-hospitality field or have over 2 years of documented working experience an appropriate level. Non-degree holders will receive a Professional Development Certificate / Diploma.
3. A reference letter of a professional or academic nature is recommended.
4. Motivational letter as part of the application form (brief essay stating your motivation for studying at Les Roches Jin Jiang).
5. If English is not your mother tongue or if you have not studied in an English speaking school for at least 3 years, please enclose one of the following:
