VISA REQUIREMENT AND PROCESSING

The visa application process for China is relatively easy compared to other countries. This is the case, as you will be coming in on a special visa, which is called the F-Visa, also commonly known as the Business Visa.

After you application form has been reviewed at our Admissions department you shall receive an acceptance letter. This process typically takes around 2 working days. Please make sure, that the application form is filled out properly as we need to provide the exact name (as in the passport) to the authorities for the visa-clearance. Also the passport number must be on the application form.

You shall then go the China Embassy or Consulate of your country (in exceptional cases you can go to the Embassy or Consulate abroad) with the acceptance letter. You will need to fill out a special visa application form. Please apply for a F-Visa.

The visa should be issued within 3-4 days. In some Embassies and Consulates you can apply for an express-visa.
