This semester of study builds on the skills that you have already devel oped by preparing you to fulfill duties of various back-of-house departments, such as:+ Catering and Banquet Operations

+ Communicating Effectively(as per tested level)
+ Marketing for the Hospitality Industry
+ Fundamentals of Data Analysis and Visualization
+ Managing Diversity in the Global Workplace

For this first internship, you will put into practice the basics you have learned during the program on campus. This professional experience also gives you an opportunity to explore your career goals.

This final semester of hotel management courses will prepare you to fulfill the managerial functions of the principal departments of a hotel or restaurant:+ Rooms Division Management
+ Digital Marketing and Sales
+ Fundamentals of Economics
+ Rooms Inventory and Control Management
+ Hospitality Managerial Accounting
+ Food and Beverage Management

The aim of the second internship is to allow you to develop your understanding of management roles within the hospitality workplace. Students who successfully complete this program can either start their career at this point or continue towards the Bachelor Degree.
