Professional Internships

Fixed-term work placements in the hospitality sector form a key part of your diploma. They offer you hands-on experience and a chance to put into practice what you have learned on campus. Internship 1

In this entry-level internship position, you gain exposure to the practical working environment. Normally you will complete this first work experience at operational level either in service (restaurant, bars, room service) or in rooms division (front office, housekeeping).

Internship 2

The second internship provides an opportunity for you to assume a higher level of professional responsibility. Work is oriented toward administration, project management and practical application of time management and communication skills.
This internship can be completed in any department, depending on your interests and career goals.
