

The Application Process in 8 Simple Steps
1) The student sends a completed Application Form with all necessary documents (see page 3 of the Application Form) and the Bank Remittance Slip (confirmation of payment of the Application Fee) by e-mail to the Admissions Department.
2) The Admissions Department reviews the documents and confirms that they are ready to be sent by mail. Upon confirmation, the student sends the paper version of the documents by mail (registered mail advised).
3) The Admissions Department will confirm the receipt of documents and Application Fee, and within 24 hours the Acceptance Package will be sent to the student by e-mail.
Acceptance Package
The student will receive:
- Acceptance Letter
- Payment Schedule
- Bank Account Information
- Visa Authorization Procedure
- Medical Exam Procedure Information
- Pre-Arrival Checklist
- Campus & Student Life Information
4) The student must read the Acceptance Package carefully and keep it for future reference. To confirm the place in the program, the student must pay the Main Fees in accordance with the Payment Schedule at least 60 days before check-in.
5) Once the Admissions Department confirms the receipt of the Main Fees, it will take 5-7 working days for the Admissions Department to prepare and send to the student the Welcome Package by e-mail and registered mail. All details for tracking the mail will be communicated in the e-mail.
Welcome Package
The student will receive:
- Acceptance Letter
- Welcome Letter
- Arrival Confirmation Form
- Campus Guide
- Pre-Arrival Checklist
- Confirmation of Receipt of Payment
- Medical Exam Procedure Information
- Visa Authorization Procedure
- Calling Visa
- Visa Attestation Letter
- Arrival to Shanghai & Check-in on Campus
6) The student reads the electronic version of the Welcome Package, paying special attention to the Visa Authorization Procedure page. Afterwards, the student contacts the Chinese Consulate / Embassy in their home country (or country of application) to inquire about the list of documents needed to apply for an F-Visa, 180 days, 1 entry.
7) The student waits to receive the Welcome Package by registered mail in order to apply for an F-Visa, 180 days, 1 entry at the Chinese Consulate / Embassy.
8) Once the F-Visa, 180 days, 1 entry is received by the student, the student needs to notify the Admissions Department. The student must then send the completed Arrival Confirmation Form by email, so that the Admissions Department can organize airport pick-up. Close to the intake date, the student will receive the Orientation Program by email.
